1. Market Expansion & Sales Target Achievement
Responsible for market development of air tightness testers, non-standard automated testing equipment, and solutions in target industries (automotive components, new energy batteries, consumer electronics, security electronics, gas appliances, military, etc.).
Formulate and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to achieve the company's sales performance targets.
Deeply explore existing customer needs, develop potential customers, and continuously expand market share.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain good relationships with customer decision-makers, technical departments, and procurement departments.
Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and payment tracking for major projects to ensure successful implementation.
Respond promptly to customer needs, coordinate internal technical and after-sales resources, and enhance customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate.
3. Sales Team Management & Empowerment
Lead the sales team to achieve regional or industry line sales tasks, and guide team members in improving their professional capabilities.
Regularly organize sales skills training, product knowledge training, and case studies to build a learning-oriented sales team.
Assist team members in tackling key customers and key projects to improve overall team effectiveness.
4. Market Information & Product Feedback
Collect and analyze industry trends, competitor information, and customer needs to provide input for product iteration and market strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with the technical department to participate in trade shows, technical exchange meetings, and other marketing activities to enhance the company's brand influence.
Participate in product pricing and optimization of sales tools (e.g., brochures, proposal templates) to improve sales efficiency.
5. Bidding & Project Execution
Lead the bidding process for major projects, organizing the preparation of technical proposals and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate internal technical, production, and after-sales departments to ensure smooth project execution from requirements to delivery.
1. Basic Qualifications
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial products or instrumentation, including at least 2 years of sales team management experience.
Industry Background: Experience in selling leak testing equipment, non-standard automation equipment, or industrial sensors is preferred. Familiarity with industries such as automotive, new energy, consumer electronics, and military is a plus.
2. Professional Competencies
Familiar with the industrial product sales process, with the full-cycle capability from customer development to contract closing.
Possess a certain level of technical understanding to effectively communicate with customers' technical departments and assist in preliminary solution validation.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT), with strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

1. Sales Targets & Customer Development
Responsible for the sales of air tightness testers, non-standard automated testing equipment, and related solutions in designated regions or industries, achieving individual sales targets.
Proactively develop new customers and generate opportunities through phone calls, on-site visits, industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other channels.
Follow up on potential customer leads assigned by the company to advance the sales process.
2. Technical Consultation & Solution Presentation
Deeply understand customers' product testing requirements (e.g., seal integrity testing, air tightness testing), assist in product selection, and recommend suitable equipment or testing solutions.
Explain product principles, testing methods, and solution advantages to customers' technical departments, addressing their technical questions.
Participate in prototype demonstrations, on-site testing, and technical exchanges to demonstrate the professional capabilities of the company's products.
3. Commercial Negotiation & Order Execution
Responsible for quotations, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and payment follow-up to ensure successful order closure.
Coordinate internal resources including technical, production, and after-sales teams to ensure timely response to customer needs.
Participate in bid document preparation and on-site bidding presentations for tendered projects.
4. Customer Relationship Maintenance
Regularly visit existing customers to understand equipment usage and identify needs for repeat purchases or upgrades.
Handle customer complaints and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term cooperation.
5. Market Information Collection
Gather industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement and market strategy.
Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions and seminars to enhance the company's brand awareness.
1. Basic Qualifications
Education & Major: Associate degree or above. Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control Technology, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in industrial products, instrumentation, or automation. Outstanding recent graduates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with leak testing or non-standard automation equipment is a plus. Existing customer resources in automotive components, new energy batteries, consumer electronics, security electronics, gas appliances, or related industries is preferred.
2. Professional Skills
Basic technical understanding – able to read product specifications and simple mechanical drawings, and communicate smoothly with customers' technical personnel.
Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, PPT), capable of independently preparing product introductions, quotations, and basic proposals.
A valid driver's license and proficient driving skills are preferred (to facilitate customer visits).
