Test Filter

During air tightness testing, dust, oil mist, moisture, and other microscopic impurities are inevitably present in the air source or inside the workpiece. Once these impurities enter the testing instrument with the gas, they gradually contaminate the sensors and air circuits, leading to reduced detection accuracy, sluggish response, and even irreversible damage. The AMT Test Filter is specifically designed for the air inlet of air tightness testing equipment. It efficiently intercepts particles and liquid impurities in the gas, creating a first line of defense for your testing instrument.

Technical Advantage

Product Features

  • High‑efficiency filtration – protects core components
The precision filter element captures particles ≥0.01 μm and oil mist, ensuring that the gas entering the tester is clean and dry, maintaining sensor accuracy over the long term, and significantly extending equipment service life.

  • Pressure‑resistant and leak‑tight – fits various air circuits
Working pressure range -0.1 to 1.6 MPa; standard ports (quick‑connect / threaded). Easily installed in series in the test circuit, compatible with all AMT air tightness testers and major brands.

Application Scenarios

  • Upstream of the air inlet of an air tightness tester (air source purification)

  • On the tubing between the workpiece under test and the instrument (preventing backflow of contaminants from the workpiece)

  • High‑cleanliness testing environments (e.g., medical devices, electronic component testing)

Maintenance Reminder
When the filter element becomes darker in color or you see accumulated liquid at the bottom of the housing, replace the filter element promptly. It is recommended to replace it every 3 months or every 10,000 tests (depending on actual air source quality).

Small filter, big protection.
Equip your leak tester with the AMT Test Filter – keep every test pure.
