AMT-700DF
The AMT-700DF Differential Flow Air Tightness Tester is a high-precision professional-grade seal leak detection instrument featuring a full-touchscreen design. It employs a unique differential flow detection technology, using dual internal flow sensors to compare flow differences between a reference channel and a measurement channel in real time. This effectively eliminates the influence of air supply fluctuations and ambient temperature drift, achieving extremely high sensitivity and long-term stability. Fast and reliable, the instrument can detect very small flow differences, making it an ideal choice for high-end applications such as precision pneumatic components, medical devices, and bidirectional flow parts. Through in-depth analysis of test data, the AMT-700DF not only accurately determines product leak rates but also helps enterprises optimize process parameters and improve test consistency – playing a core role in quality control. The AMT-700DF performs leak detection based on the differential flow method, one of the most accurate flow test technologies currently available for scenarios sensitive to air supply fluctuations. The instrument integrates two high-precision mass flow sensors, connected respectively to a reference channel (a standard non-leaking loop) and a measurement channel (the test workpiece). During testing, both channels are pressurized simultaneously, and a high-precision differential algorithm calculates the real‑time flow difference between the two channels. This difference directly reflects the actual leak rate or flow deviation of the test workpiece, independent of air supply pressure fluctuations or temperature changes. Due to its differential measurement principle, the instrument maintains stable output even under poor air supply conditions, with a leak resolution up to 0.01 ml/min and test accuracy of ±0.5% F.S. A built-in absolute pressure sensor monitors system pressure to ensure safe and reliable testing.
