The AMT-700F Mass Flow Air Tightness Tester is a high-precision professional-grade seal leak detection instrument featuring a full-touchscreen design. It adopts internationally leading mass flow detection technology to directly measure the mass flow rate of leaking gas. The test results are independent of the workpiece volume, making it especially suitable for large-volume workpieces, breathability testing, and high-throughput batch production scenarios. Through in-depth analysis of test data, the AMT-700F not only accurately determines product leak rates but also helps enterprises optimize production processes and improve testing efficiency – playing a core role in high-end manufacturing. The AMT-700F performs leak detection based on the mass flow method, which is one of the most effective technologies currently available for solving the testing bottlenecks of large-volume workpieces. The instrument uses an imported high-precision mass flow sensor. Clean compressed air at a specified pressure is filled into the workpiece and continuously maintained. If the workpiece has a leak, gas flow occurs in the circuit, and the flow sensor directly measures the instantaneous gas flow supplementing the workpiece – which is the actual leak rate per unit time, displayed in real time in ml/min or SCCM. Because the measurement signal is independent of the workpiece volume, there is no need to wait for filling stabilization and pressure balance, greatly reducing test time. Meanwhile, a built-in absolute pressure sensor monitors the system test pressure to ensure safe and reliable testing.
