AMT-400
The AMT‑400 Four‑Channel Direct Pressure Air Tightness Tester is a multi‑channel leak testing device with a full‑touchscreen interface. Integrating four independent test stations, high precision, and high efficiency, it can simultaneously perform leak detection on four products or multiple test points, significantly boosting testing efficiency. The AMT‑400 is ideal for mass production environments, helping enterprises achieve both increased capacity and quality control. The AMT‑400 performs leak detection based on the pressure decay (direct pressure) method, with each channel operating independently. During testing, each channel fills its respective workpiece with compressed air until the set pressure is reached, then shuts off the air supply, isolates the pressure, and precisely measures the pressure decay over a defined period. If the pressure loss in any channel exceeds a preset threshold, the corresponding product is judged as leaking. With four channels working in parallel without interference, the average test time per part is significantly reduced.
